How we make money

Back of House Tech is free to read. Some links on this site are partner or referral links. If you sign up for a product through one of them, the company may pay us a fee. You never pay more because of it.

Right now we are referral partners for Toast (through the Toast Advocates program) and SpotOn. Links to those two companies that are marked as referral links pay us a fee if you become a customer. Links to any other product are plain links unless the page says otherwise.

Partner fees do not decide what we recommend. If a product is a poor fit for your restaurant, we say so, even if it has a partner program.

We may also sell templates and checklists. Those are marked with a price.
